This is one of my Twins favorite way to enjoy their fish!! They love it as is or made into tacos or wraps with some mayo and small salad!!

Ingredients:

Cat Fish Fillets/Steaks-1 lbs (use any white fish)

Fine Sooji/ Semolina-1/4 cup

Marination:

chili powder-1/2 tspn

Paprika-1 tspn

lemon juice-2 tblspn

Coriander powder-1/2 tspn

pepper powder-1/2 tspn

Garlic powder-3/4 tspn

Turmeric powder-1/2 tspn

salt to taste

oil-1 tspn

Mix all the ingredients til well combined and coat the fish pieces in the marinade for atleast 30mins.

Method:

Clean the fish and pat it dry with a paper towel.

Spread the semolina in a plate and keep ready.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and keep ready.

Preheat the oven to 350 degree centigrade

Take each piece of the marinated fish and roll it in semolina till all sides are well coated and place on the baking tray. Continue the same with all the fish pieces.

Now bake the fish in the pre heated oven for 10-12 mins depending on the thickness of the fish.
Now turn the oven to broil mode and then continue to cook the fish for 2 mins or until the fish is golden brown and crispy!

Take the fish out of the oven and squeeze some fresh lemon juice on each piece.

Now it’s time to enjoy the crispy fish as is or with a side of your favorite salad!!
