Quinoa Hemp & Chia Dosa

Ingredients

Chia Seeds-1/2 cup

Hemp Hearts-1/2 cup

Quinoa-1 cup

Steel cut oats-1 cup

Whole Mung dal-1 cup

Urad dal-1/2 cup

Methi seeds-1 table spoon

Salt to taste

Chutney Powder- 3 tablespoons 

Ghee-2 table spoons

Water as required to soak and grind

Method

Soak all the ingredients except salt and ghee in the required amount of water for at least four hours.

Blend the soaked ingredients into a smooth paste and set aside. Add salt and let it ferment for 8 hours or overnight.

Heat a dosa griddle to medium, pour a ladleful of the batter and evenly spread it to make a thin dosa, sprinkle your favorite chutney powder on the Dosa then add half teaspoon of ghee on the dosa and cook it on a medium flame till its golden brown.

Serve it with your favorite chutney or saagu/curry.
