Grilled Fish

Summer time is grill time at our home.Made this tasty whole grilled fish for dinner yesterday and it was gone in no time.

Ingredients

Rainbow Trout-1 [cleaned and Butterflied]

Marination

Lime Juice- 1/4 cup

Spanish Paprika-1 tsp

Red Chili Flakes-1/2 tsp

Black Pepper Powder-1 tsp

Salt- to taste

Turmeric-1/4 tsp

Mint leaves-2 tsp [finely chopped]

Cilantro-2 tsp [finely chopped]

Mix everything together well and set aside.

Method

Soak the fish in the marinade and let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 3 hrs.

Heat the grill to 450 degrees and then spray some pam olive oil spray on the grill pan.Once the grill is hot put the marinated fish on it and let it cook for 7-8 mins on each side. Top to with sliced lime slices and chopped cilantro. Serve it with a side of salad.
