Ingredients
Asparagus-2 bunches trimmed
Seasoning
Red Chilli Powder-1/2 tsp
Pepper Powder-1/2 tsp
Dried Parsley-1 tsp
Dried Mint-1 tsp
Dry Garlic Powder-1/2 tsp
Balsamic Vinegar-1 tsp
Salt to taste
Extra Virgin Olive Oil-1 tbsp
Method
Trim and clean the asparagus and set aside.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients till well combined and coat the asparagus with it.
Line a baking sheet with foil and spread the seasoned asparagus in an even layer and bake at 400 degree preheated oven for 12-15 mins.
Enjoy it as a side with any baked or steamed fish!
