Baked Shrimp Chili

This is one tasty recipe which is so easy to whip up.

Ingredients

Shrimp-1 lb [De veined & cleaned]

Olive oil-1 tsp

Lemon Juice-2 tbsp

Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp

Red chili powder-1 tsp

Spanish paprika-1 tsp

Turmeric-1/4 tsp

Garam masala-1/2 tsp

Salt to taste

Method

Mix all the ingredients together, add the cleaned shrimp to it and let it marinate for at least one hour.

Pre heat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, spray with some pam olive oil spray,arrange the marinated shrimp in a line and bake for 12 to 14 mins or till the shrimp curls up.

Top it with some more lemon juice and garnish with some cilantro on top.

Note: Don’t over cook the shrimp, they will turn out chewy and rubbery.
