Simply love the pop of pomegranate and crunch of peanuts in every bite. Its a beautiful combination of sweet n salty and sour n spice and thats what makes it taste so very nice!
Ingredients
Dry roasted peanuts-1/2 cup
Pomegranate-1 cup
Carrots-1/4 cup [Shredded]
Raw mango-1/2 cup [Shredded]
Cucumbers-1/4 cup [finely chopped]
Tomatoes-1/4 cup [finely chopped]
Red onions-1/4 cup [finely chopped]
Green bell peppers-1/4 cup[finely chopped]
Cilantro-2 tbsp [finely chopped]
Fine sev-1/4 cup
Sambar powder-1/2 tsp
Chaat masala-1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Lemon juice to taste
Method
In a large bowl mix together half cup pomegranate, carrots, raw mango, cucumbers,tomaatoes,onions,bell peppers and cilantro. Add the sambar powder, chaat masala, salt and lemon juice to it and mix till well combined.
Add the peanuts and half the sev to the mixture and gently toss. Add it to the serving bowls, top it with some more peanuts, sev and pomegranate and serve immediately.
