Lamb Bone Broth

Super yummy bone broth packed with tons of flavor and health benefits. Presenting one of my most favorite and treasured recipes given to me by my Grand Mother! This soup very tasty and savory and will keep you warm during this cold season.

Ingredients

Lamb legs-2 lbs [cut into small pieces]

Oil-1/2 tsp

Garlic-5 pods crushed

Ginger-1 inch finely chopped

Shallot-2 finely chopped

Turmeric-1/4 tsp

Pepper powder-1/2 tsp

Coriander powder-1 1/2 tsp

Chili Powder-1/2 tsp

Baby kale-1 cup finely chopped

Cilantro-1 tsp finely chopped

Salt to taste

Water-6 to 8 cups

Method

Heat oil in a pressure cooker, add the crushed garlic and ginger and fry for one minute. Add the chopped shallots and fry for two minutes.

Now, add the lamb leg pieces and fry for three to five mins till the legs turn slightly golden brown. Add salt and all the powders and fry for one more minute.

Add water and chopped kale to it and close the lid. Pressure cook it for six whistles.

Serve it hot, topped with some chopped cilantro.
