Spicy Asian Salmon

Ingredients

For Marinade

Salmon-2 lbs

Garlic paste-1 tsp

Soy sauce-1/4 cup

Sriracha sauce- 1 tsp

Chili Vinegar-1 tsp

Lemon juice-2 tsp

Olive oil-1/2 tsp

Combine all the ingredients together and pour it on the salmon and let it marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight in the refregirator.

Dry Powder

Coarse pepper powder-1/2 tsp

Chili flakes-1/2 tsp

Dried mint-1 tsp

Five spice powder-1/2 tsp

Crushed  rock salt- to taste

Dried orange peel powder-1/2 tsp

Mix everything together and set aside.

Method

Pre heat the oven to 350 degree F

Line the baking sheet with aluminum foil and lay the marinated salmon on it. Sprinkle the top with the dry powder mix and let it bake for 15-18 mins or till the fish is cooked completely.ENJOY!!
