Almond Peanut Chia Cacao & Coconut Squares

I love experimenting with my fav ingredients all the time. I nail it sometimes and it’s a big failure some other time. I’m so glad that this ones a BIG HIT!! Presenting this delicious five layered dessert recipe which has all the mouthwatering vegan ingredients  in one!!

Almond Choco Layer

Almond Meal-1 cup

100% Cocoa Powder-2 tbsp

Honey-1 tbsp

Coconut Oil-1 tbsp

Mix everything together till crumbly and spread it evenly on a parchment paper lined plate.Let it set in the refrigerator for 10mins.

Peanut butter Layer

Peanut Butter-1/2 cup

Honey-1 tbsp

Mix well together and spread this evenly on the set almond choco layer and refrigerate it for 10mins.

Chia Layer

Chia Seeds-1/4 cup

Ground chia seeds-1 tbsp

Cinnamon-1/2 tsp

Combine these together and spread it on the set peanut butter layer and let it set for 10mins.

Cacao Coconut Layer

Dark chocolate chips-1/2 cup[Pascha organic 85% cacao chips]

Coconut Milk-2 tbsp

Ghee-1/2 tsp

Unsweetend Dry Coconut flakes-1/2 cup

Melt the chocolate chips with milk and ghee on a double boiler till it becomes smooth and drizzle it on the chia layer and gently spread it to cover all the edges and top it with unsweetend dry coconut flakes.Freeze it one hour or till well set.

Cut it into small squares and enjoy when you crave something sweet!!
