Baked Salmon With Asparagus & Baby Broccoli

This is one of my go to recipes to make Salmon as its so full of flavor and its super easy to make!

Ingredients

Salmon-1 lb

Baby Broccoli-1 Bunch

Asparagus-1 Bunch

Garlic Paste-1 tsp

Red Chili Powder-1/2 tsp

Lemon Juice-1/4 cup

Salt-to taste

Olive oil-1 Tbl spn

Pepper Powder-1/2 tsp

Mrs.Dash Lemon pepper seasoning-1 tsp

Mrs.Dash Italian seasoning-2 tsp

To Marinate

Add salt, pepper, red chili powder, garlic paste,lemon juice and olive oil to a ziplock bag and mix it well. Now add salmon and let it get well coated with the marinade and let it soak up all the seasonings for atleast  30 mins in the refrigerator.

Use Mrs Dash seasonings on both broccoli and asparagus and let it sit for 30 mins

Lightly spray the baking sheet with olive oil spray and line it with asparagus and baby broccoli and bake it at 350 degrees for 15 mins.I like my veggie crunchy so i take them out when they are half done.

Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly spray olive oil. Add the marinated salmon and use the remaining marinade on the top and sprinkle some Mrs.Dash italian seasoning on top and bake it at 350 degrees for 20 mins.

Enjoy it with your favorite salad.
