Started my morning on a healthy note with a protein and antioxidant rich Berry Bowl.Super delicious and very filling. I’m loving it!!
Ingredients
Banana-1
Mixed Berry Bowl-1 cup
Oats-1 tbsp
Chia Seeds-1 tsp
Almond Butter-1 tsp
Toppings
Almonds-10
Sunflower Seeds-1/2 tsp
Pecans-8
Chia Seeds-1 tsp
Oats-1 tsp
Blue Berries & Black Berries-1/4 cup
Method
Blend Banana, berries, oats, chia seeds and almonds till smooth and pour it into a bowl and add toppings. Yummy!!
