Warm Milk-2 table spoon
Ghee -1 table spoon
Method
Mix the saffron strands with warm milk and set aside.. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and keep ready. Take a heavy bottom pan, add the ricotta and condensed milk and mix it well and let it cook on a medium low flame for 10 mins stirring continually. Now add the safforn milk, cardamom powder and ghee to it and continue to cook till the mixture turns golden brown and leaves the sides of the pan. Now pour this mixture into the lines baking dish and let it cool and set completely. Now, cut it into desired shapes and enjoy!
