Mango Coconut Pannacotta

This melt in your mouth vegan dessert is so easy to make that you will not stop making it. Try it once and you will be hooked!

Ingredients

Organic Coconut Milk-2 cups

Fresh pureed Mangoes or Canned puree-2 cups

Honey-3 tbsp

Agar Agar powder-4 tbsp

Hot Water-1/2 cup

Cardamom powder-1/4 tsp

Method

In a heavy bottom pan, heat up the coconut milk till it slightly bubbles and then add the mango puree and honey to it and mix well till well combined,turn off heat and let it cool.

Take half cup of hot water and add the agar agar and let it dissolve completely [ it takes 10mins] now add the cardamom powder and mix well.

Now add the agar agar mix to the mango and coconut mix and stir well till everything is well combined.

Once it is completely cooled, pour it into your fav serving dish and garnish with some fresh mango slices[I used the canned puree to make it…so no mango slices] or any of your favorite toppings like mint leaves, dessicated coconut and let it set in the refrigirator for at least 8hrs or overnight.
