Ingredients
Almond Butter-1/4 cup
Honey-2 tbsp
Cocoa Powder- 2 tbsp [I used the brand called Rapunzel Organic unsweetened cocoa powder]
Flax meal-1 tsp
Chia seeds-2 tbsp
Almonds-1/4 cup
Method
Line a plate with parchment paper and keep ready.
Mix the honey, cocoa powder flax meal and almond butter together till it forms a dough. Pat the dough into a thin layer on the parchment lined plate, top it with chia seeds and almonds and gently press it so that they stick to the dough. Now let it set in the refrigerator for half hour and cut into small pieces.
