My new favorite indulgence!! Simple and Yummilicious dessert that completely satisfies my sweet cravings with out any added sugars. What’s not to love?? It just melts in my mouth😋😋
Ingredients
Almond Butter-1/2 cup
Coconut Flour-1/4 cup+2 tbsp
Dark Chocolate Chips-1/2 cup
Sea salt for topping( optional )
Method
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Mix almond butter and coconut flour together until it is well combined and form small balls and place it on the baking sheet.
Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 30 mins.
Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl or double boiler until it melts. Using a spoon, dunk the frozen almond butter balls in the melted chocolate ( make sure it’s completely covered) and place it back on the baking sheet and top it with sea salt.
Place it back in the freezer for 15 mins and dig in!!
