Tandoori Trout

Ingredients

Steel Head Trout- 3 lbs

For Marinade

Tandoori Masala-1 tbsp

Red Chili Powder-1 tsp

Kashmiri Chili Powder-1 tsp

Pepper Powder-1/2 tsp

Turmeric-1/4 tsp

Ginger Garlic Paste-1 tsp

Kauri Methi-1/2 tsp

Garam Masala-1/2 tsp

Coconut Oil-1 tsp[melted]

Lime Juice- 1/4 cup

Salt-1/2 tsp

Method

Descale & wash the fish clean and dry it with a paper towel and keep aside.

Mix all the ingredients under the marinade together and set it aside for 10 mins.

Now coat the fish in the marinade and let it marinate for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.

Pre heat the oven to 350 and then bake the fish for 20 mins and broil for 2 mins.
