I’m a total BROWNIE Lover!! I simply love them and can’t stop myself from having one every now and then.I always felt bad after devouring the brownie & would always feel guilty. This Brownie recipe is a brain child of all the sleepless nights I spent feeling guilty.
Bingo!! I must say I did not disappoint myself the very first time I made them.These Flourless and sugar free Brownies were a hit!!There is something so good about the velvety texture of these brownies(they simply melt in your mouth)that I simply Love!! All you Brownie Lovers out there give it a try and I promise you will not be disappointed.
Ingredients
Banana-3 (medium size)
Cocoa Powder- 1 & 1/2 tbsp( I used 100% Hershey Cocoa powder)
Vegan Chocolate Chips-2 tbsp
Almond Butter-1 tbsp
Almond Powder-1/4 cup
Whole Almonds-1/4 cup( you can chop it if you like)
coconut flakes-2 tsp
Vanilla Extract-1 tsp
Method
Puree the bananas in the Vitamix and add to the mixing bowl. Now add the remaining ingredients and fold it till everything is well combined.
Save some almonds, chocolate chips and coconut flakes to use as topping.
Grease the baking sheet and add the mixture to it and top it with almonds and coconut flakes.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 15-18 mins.
