Ingredients
Steamed Sweet Potato-1 cup[leave the skin on and mash]
Steamed Broccoli-1/2 cup[mash it well]
Kale-1/2 cup chopped
Salt-to taste
Red Chili flakes-1/2 tsp
Mint-1 tsp
Garam Masala-1/4 tsp
Crushed Ginger-1/2 tsp
Method
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and form round patties and keep aside.
Heat a griddle and lightly spray with olive oil. Arrange the patties carefully on the hot griddle and let it sear on high heat for 1 min and then turn the flame to medium and let the patties turn golden brown on both sides.
Enjoy as a snack or a side dish.
