Chia Seeds Quinoa & Lentil Dosa

I love experimenting with different ingredients to come up with healthy Dosa recipes and this one scored big with my family!! Easy healthy and yummy all combined in one crispy Dosa!! Enjoy!!

Ingredients

Chia Seeds-1/2 cup

Quinoa-1 cup

Barley-2 tbsp

Bulgar Wheat-1/4 cup

Urad Dal-3 tbsp

Green Lentils-1/2 cup

Fenugreek seeds-1 tsp

Thick Poha-2 tbsp

Method

Soak everything together for atleast 6 hrs [or overnight] and grind into a fine batter and let it sit for 1 hour [no fermentation required] and make yummy dosas!

Serve it with your favorite chutney or curry.
