Ingredients
Lamb-1 lb
Soy sauce-1tsp
Vinegar-1/2 tsp
Pepper powder-1/2 tsp
Garam Masala-1/2 tsp
Dhanya powder-1/4 tsp
Turmeric-1/4 tsp
Green chilis-10 [slit]
Ginger -1 tsp [grated]
Garlic- 2 tsp [minced]
Curry leaves-1 sprig
Onions-1/2 cup [chopped]
Mint leaves-1/4 cup
Cilantro-2 tsp [chopped]
Oil-2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method
Pressure cook the lamb with salt and turmeric for two whistles, separate the pieces from stock and keep aside.
Heat oil, add the slit green chilis and curry leaves and saute for one minute.Now add the grated ginger and minced garlic to it, add the mint leaves and fry for two minutes. Add the onions and fry till the onions are translucent.
Now add all the powders, soy sauce and vinegar to it and fry for one more minute. Add the cooked lamb pieces to it and mix everything together till its well combined. Fry for one minute on high flame, turn the heat to low and then cover and cook for five to six minutes. Turn off heat. Garnish with cilantro and serve it hot.
