Ingredients
Sweet Peppers- 12 slit lenghtwise and cleaned.
Filling
Cottage cheese-1 cup
Mint leaves-1 tsp
Chili Flakes-1/2 tsp
Lime Juice-1 tsp
Mix everything together and refregirate it for 30 mins.
Topping
Sesame seeds-2 tbsp
Crushed Dried Mint leaves-1 tsp
Pepper Powder-1/2 tsp
Mix these together.
Method
Fill the cut sweet peppers with the cottage cheese filling and top it with spicy sesame seeds.
