Chia Pudding

Ingredients

Chia Seeds-2 tbsp

Hemp Seeds-1 tsp

Flax Meal-1 tsp

Mixed Berries-1 cup [ Strawberries, Blueberries, Blackberries]

Mixed Nuts-2 tbsp [Almonds, Pecans, Walnuts]

Cinnamon Powder- 1/4 tsp

Cranberries-1 tbsp

Hot Water-1 cup

Method

Mix all the ingredients together and add hot water and stir. Let it sit for 5-7 mins and enjoy it as a warm and filling breakfast.

Note: (1)You can also use Almond milk or coconut milk instead of water. (2) You can also make a big batch and refregirate it.
