Ingredients
Maserated Dates-1 cup
Chia seeds-1/2 cup
Hemp seeds-1/4 cup
Sesame seeds-2 tbsp
Mixed Nuts-1/2 cup coarsely powdered [Almonds,Pistachio,Walnuts,Pecans and Hazelnuts]
Dessicated coconut powder-2 tbsp
Flax meal-2 tbsp
Dry Figs-1/2 cup [grind into a paste in the food processor]
Cranberries and Rasins-1/4 cup each [grind into a paste in the food processor]
Method
Mix all the ingredients till well combined and make small balls and store in an airtight container.
Enjoy whenever you need a boost of energy or when you crave something sweet.
