Breakfast Cookies

Ingredients

Blueberries-1 cup

Coconut oil- 2 tbsp[melted]

Oats-1 cup

Quinoa Flour-1/2 cup

Chia Seeds-2 tbsp

Hemp Seeds-1 tbsp

Flax Meal-2 tbsp

Almond Butter-1/4 cup

Mixed nuts-1/4 cup[coarsly powdered]

Baking Powder-1/2 tsp

Banana-1 Mashed

Cinnamon-1 tsp

Mejdool Dates-4

Vanilla -1 tsp

Egg-1

Method

Blend together the coconut oil,banana, dates with egg and set aside.

Mix together quinoa flour,oats ,chia ,flax ,hemp ,cinnamon and baking powder.Now, add the blended banana mixture and vanilla to it and combine everything together.  Add the blueberries and give it a gentle mix let it sit for 10 mins.Make small balls [wet your hands if the dough is sticky]and arrange on a baking sheet.

Bake for 16-18 mins in a preheated 350 degree oven.
