Love this simple grab and go chia pudding to start my day and stay full for a long time. You make it once and I bet you will not stop making it!
Ingredients
Chia seeds-2 tbsp
Chocolate protein powder-1 scoop[ I use Isopure natural chocolate]
Almond milk-1 cup
Almond butter-1 tsp
Flax meal-1 tsp
Hemp seeds-1 tsp
Organic Vanilla essence-1/2 tsp
Desiccated coconut-1 tsp
Mixed berries-1 cup
Method
I use my Vitamix to do all the work for me! Add almond milk,flax meal, chia seeds,almond butter and hemp seeds to the vitamix and mix on a low setting for one min. Add the protein powder and blend it for 30 seconds[Do not over mix]
Pour the mixture into a small glass containers or mason jars and top it with mixed berries and coconut flakes. Refrigerate it for at least an hour or you can leave it overnight and enjoy it in the am.
Note:
Do not over mix coz the protein powder will emulsify.
You can use the sweetened almond milk or a tsp of honey if you like.
