Ingredients

Chia seeds-2 tbsp

Hemp sees-1 tbsp

Flax seeds-2 tbsp

Macerated dates-2 cups

Almonds-20

Pistachios-20

Cashews-10

Walnuts-15

Cranberries-1/4 cup [dried]

Dry coconut powder-3-5 tbsp

Method

Slightly toast all the seeds one by one separately and let it cool off and make a coarse powder and set aside.

Coarsely grind all the nuts and set aside.

In a big mixing bowl, add the macerated dates, powdered nuts, half of the multi seeds powder and coconut powder and mix till everything is well combined [ you will get a good hand workout mixing it] Form small balls and roll each ball in the remaining seeds powder mix and set aside.

Store it in an airtight box and enjoy whenever you crave something sweet.
